SMITHY works on GUILDHALL. Cast turns a points list into a set of Control-BASIC programs for a Reliable Controls panel. Repair reads programs already in a building and lists what's wrong, with the fix for each.

Cast, step by step

Points list in, a package a lead has signed off out.

Intake, review, questions, go, build and release. SMITHY asks before it guesses: anything the points list doesn't say becomes a question with a recommended answer, and every program is checked before the lead signs off.

Cast intake: start from the points list, with the validated-space questions — Intake: start from the points list, and say if the space is validated.

Cast questions: temperature sensor type, with a recommended answer — Questions: why it matters, and a recommended answer.

Cast release: the package signed off by the lead — Release: the lead's sign-off, then the package to download.
